Responsibilities
First : Public Relations
To offer consultation, plans and programs in public relation and its implementation.
To prepare studies and plans to create special public relations divisions and departments.
To study, plan and execute media campaigns.
To train and qualify the workforce in public relations.
 
Second : Organization, Marketing and Implementation of Events
To draw the general outline for a proposed event.
To prepare studies related to sponsoring, support and marketing.
To prepare advertisement plan and campaign items.
To give an idea on complete requirements and aspects, such as :
A) Preliminary and final printed materials.
B) Gifts and souvenirs.
C) Reception, hosting and transportation.
D) Photographic and visual documentation.
E) Coordination with related authorities and issuing letters to them.
 
Third : Organization and Execution of Special and Concurrent Event Exhibitions
To prepare the total plan for the exhibition.
To prepare location map of the exhibition venue.
To define the booth areas and prime spots.
To define sponsorship charges and direct marketing prices.
Preparation of participation application forms.
